Welcome to Sunshine Daycare
Founded in 2004 by Maria and Miguel Ruvalcaba, Sunshine Daycare began with a simple dream: to create a second home where children feel safe to explore, make friends, and grow at their own pace. As local parents and veteran educators, Maria and Miguel wanted to move away from Rigid classrooms and build a space centered on natural curiosity and hands-on play.
We believe that the early years lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. Our cozy, home-like environment encourages toddlers and preschoolers to develop social confidence, emotional strength, and cognitive skills through guided discovery. When you drop your child off with us, they aren't just joining a daycare—they are becoming part of our extended family. Come see our Family in person!
